Lifestyle Boom now has a sister studio which is fully dedicated to prenatal reformer Pilates classes. The Pregnancy Studio is located close by in North Perth. Since the opening of The Pregnancy Studio all of our pregnancy classes have relocated to their studio. 

The Pregnancy Studios Instructors have undergone extensive training and will be able to tailor the exercises to suit all stages of your pregnancy. 

Our expert Physio's will still conduct the Free Pregnancy Pilates Body Assessment in our Leederville studio so you can find out if you would be suitable to attend the pregnancy classes.
