PREGNANCY PILATES

 

Lifestyle Boom now has a sister studio which is fully dedicated to prenatal Reformer Pilates Classes. The Pregnancy Studio is located close by in North Perth. Since the opening of The Pregnancy Studio, all of our pregnancy classes have relocated to the new North Perth studio. 

 

Our Instructors have undergone extensive training and will be able to tailor the exercises to suit all stages of your pregnancy. 

All new clients are welcome to have a Free Pregnancy Pilates Assessment with our Physio. This way you can find out if our classes will be suitable for you and we can help get you started safely.
