  • A Single Session Group Class - Allows you to attend any one of our classes
  • A Class Pass - This option is great if you are unable to consistently attend classes. The sessions can be used any time and will be much better value than purchasing a single session
  • A Membership - The most popular and the best value way to get started and achieve awesome results is with one of our 3 x Membership options.


Note - There is no minimum term for any of our memberships. Finish any time you like with only 2 weeks notice.

Why Start With A Free Pilates Body Assessment?

An initial assessment is a great way for us to better understand what it is you want to achieve and how we can best support you. It's especially important if you are not familiar with using a Pilates reformer and it is also a great opportunity for us to assess what level your fitness is currently at.

If you have any particular health goals or injuries it gives our Physiotherapist the opportunity to recommend and tailor for you a specific plan that meets your needs. This Assessment will take 30 minutes and is recommended to all of our new clients.

Before You Arrive To Your First Class

We recommend you book in advance to guarantee your spot in a class. Drop in’s are available but only if space permits. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. No shoes please- grip socks or socks are mandatory. Please note we do have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.

Before your first class we ask that you please arrive 10 minutes before so we can get you to complete our waiver and answer any questions you may have. Please don’t be late. Our classes are designed to start and end together. As you arrive please make your way through the studio to the table at the back of the room and take a seat. Our friendly staff will help you from there.
