This class will get your heart rate up to ensure maximum fat burning, while still getting all the added benefits associated with Pilates!
Our reformer pilates class is tailored to all ages and fitness levels. It is perfect for those just beginning, for our Mum’s to be, those recovering from an injury or if you are wanting to try a challenging pilates class. We can modify the moves to suit your abilities and goals!
Reformer Pilates - Flex and Stretch
Whether your stiffness is from exercising at a high intensity or from lack of movement our stretch and flex classes are perfect for you. This class leaves you feeling taller and has been designed to relax and rebalance your muscles and increase your range of movement. This class is perfect for all ages and levels.
Reformer Pilates - Pregnancy
We welcome our Mums to be into our Reformer Class (class description listed above). Our instructors have undergone extensive training and will be able to tailor the exercises to suit all stages of your pregnancy. This reformer class is suitable for you to attend from early pregnancy right up until the birth of your baby.
We ask that prior to your first reformer class that you please obtain an exercise clearance from your GP and email a copy to us at email@example.com
Reformer Pilates - Circuit Class
This high intensity interval class (HIIT) uses a combination of exercises performed in short bouts at a high intensity. The high intensity of this fun filled class means that you are burning more fat in a shorter period of time. It is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and make you sweat. This fast paced circuit includes the Pilates reformer and other apparatus.
